Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vyrix (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Vyrix provides a platform for uploading, storing, previewing, and sharing media files including images, videos, documents, code, and other content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information to keep it current. Account sharing is not permitted.

4.1 Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Vyrix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for providing and improving the Service.

4.2 Restrictions: You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harassing material
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity of the Service

We may impose reasonable limitations on the use of the Service, including storage limits, bandwidth restrictions, and file size limitations. Free accounts are limited to 50 GB of storage and 5 GB per file. These limitations may be adjusted at our discretion.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may also delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon account deletion, your files will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
